JAMES H. BAUER
JAMES P. MOYNIHAN has been an attorney for over 25 years.
His practice consists of marine insurance and maritime litigation, with an
emphasis in defending maritime personal injury claims.
THOMAS G. JOHNSON was educated at the University of Southern
California. He received his law degree from
the University of
Puget Sound. Tom
served in the U.S. Navy from 1970 to 1973. He was a law clerk to the Honorable
William T. Beeks, an admiralty judge for the federal court in Seattle. Tom was admitted to practice
in Washington in 1979 and in Alaska in 1980. Tom is currently Of
Counsel with the firm.
MATTHEW C. CRANE earned his undergraduate degree in civil
engineering from the University
of Washington. He
received his law degree from the University
of Puget Sound in 1988, and is
admitted to practice in Washington
and federal courts, including the Western District of Washington, Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Matt is principally
involved in litigation, including marine insurance coverage and defense,
commercial disputes and employment related claims.
GARY M. HAUGEN graduated from the California Maritime
Academy and received his
law degree from the Tulane School of Law. Gary has oriented his practice toward maritime
and fisheries related business matters.
THOMAS G. WALLER works on marine and transportation-related
cases and regulatory issues. Tom attended college at Kings Point, law
school at Willamette University and is licensed to practice in the states
of Washington, Oregon
and Alaska.
DONALD K. MCLEAN graduated from Tulane Law School in 1994 after completing the
certificate program in Admiralty & Maritime Law. Don is licensed to
practice in both Washington and Alaska.
JOHN P. MCLAUGHLIN graduated from Whitman
College and received his law degree
from the University
of Oregon. John
practices business and commercial law, and handles a wide variety of
transactional, contract and regulatory matters for marine transportation and
other maritime related businesses.
CRAIG K. CONNORS graduated from Whitman
College and received his law degree
from the University
of Oregon. Craig
practices Longshore & Harbor Worker's Compensation and advises clients on
both OSHA and WISHA regulations.
HOLLY L. BEAUCHENE received her
bachelor’s degree from the University
of Washington and law degree from Seattle University. Prior to law school,
she worked in Human Resources in both a large Fortune 500 company and at a
small startup company. Her practice focuses on business and commercial
transactions as well as employment law matters.
JOSEPH M. BROWNE earned his bachelors
degree from the University of Colorado in Business Administration and his law
degree from Seattle
University. His
practice focuses on maritime litigation with a focus on defending maritime
personal injury claims. Joe is licensed to practice in Washington.
MICHAEL S. BUDELMANN earned a bachelor degree at Allegheny College
and a law degree at Seattle
University. Michael's
practice focuses on contracts as well as regulatory matters for
maritime and transportation related businesses.
MARCIN
M. GRABOWSKI earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington
and his law school degree from the University
of Michigan. Following
graduation he clerked for Justice Richard B. Sanders at the Washington State
Supreme Court. Marcin's practice focuses on litigating claims under the
Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act.
SUSAN K. KAPLAN received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill in Journalism & Mass Communication and her law degree from Seattle University. She was Research &
Technical Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice
MARK A. KRISHER earned his bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University
and his law degree from Seattle
University. His
practice primarily involves litigation, including marine insurance coverage and
defense.
